Returns and Refund Policy
We always strive to provide an optimal experience to our customers, and hope that every thrifter leaves our shop happy. That said, things happen!
ThriftSimple strives to accurately represent our inventory to our customers, noting any major flaws and accurately representing item sizes. That said, all products are listed as is, and should be carefully considered before purchased.
ThriftSimple reserves the right to decline any and all returns.
ThriftSimple will only accept returns or issue a refund under these circumstances:
1. A major flaw that prevent the effective use of a product is discovered, photo-documented, and presented to ThriftSimple via email to rorywalshsales@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

2. The item size is improperly represented in the listing. Note, this is confined to the improper standard size being listed (ie, a size Small shirt being listed as a Large). In other terms, there must be an inconsistency between the size labeled on the item by the manufacturer and ThriftSimple. We are not responsible for items not fitting, items running small/large, or any other reason for an item not fitting. Any inconsistences should be photo-documented and presented to ThriftSimple via email to rorywalshsales@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
